For all other customer service inquiries for purchases made in a Bellini store please contact the store of purchase directly.

Returns/Exchanges:

Our Bellini Baby Baskets are created as one gift package, individual items in the basket may not be returned or exchanged.  If you wish to return your entire gift basket you may do so for a full refund, minus the shipping, within 7 days of receiving the package.  Other online purchases are returnable with 7 days of receipt unless they are marked "Special Order".  Special Order ietms are NOT RETURNABLE.  Returns must be done through online customer service only and NOT through your local Bellini store.  Stores will not handle returns of online Bellini Baby Baskets or any other online purchase.  Please contact tracy@bellini.com to get a return aiuthorization form.  Additional shipping charges will apply.

 

Sale Items, Special Orders and Custom Items are not returnable

 

Once we receive the purchase in its entirety, we will refund the original purchaseers credit card or give you a credit towards another online purchase.  If any of the items received back are brocken, missing, or not in its original packaging we will return the items back to you at your expense.  We suggest insuring the package when shipping back to us.  Credit may not be used at a Bellini store, only for another online purchase.

 

Product Damages or Defects for Non Furniture orders

In the unlikely evnt that you receive something damaged or incorrect, please contact customerservice@bellini.com immediately so we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible and at no cost to you.

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package so we can file a claim with the shipping handler.  Please keep the original packaging for inspection by shipping handler.


Freight Shipments

Delivery time depends on ship to address, once the freight carrier is in your area they will call you to set up a time/date that is available.  You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery.  When your order arrives, you are responsible for performing a thorough inspection of your shipment, in the presence of the driver.  If you find any signs of damage to the item, it is very important that you note the damage on the driver's delivery paperwork.  Please remember if you sign the delivery paperwork as "clear/ok" and without notating any damage, we cannot be responsible for assisting you in the repair or replacement of the merchandise.  If there is damage please contact Bellini immediately at customerservice@bellini.com or 1-866-522-8858


Standard Delivery & White Glove Delivery

Standard Delivery:
Bellini uses USPS to ship most decor items, fabulous finds, and Bellini Basket orders . Over sized items, such as our furniture collections, require extra care in shipping and are handled by preferred freight carriers. All of our furniture is shipped using our White Glove delivery service. Because these items require special handling, they have a delivery surcharge associated with them, in addition to delivery charges. The surcharges are clearly stated on the product page. Please note that shipping times will vary based on availability of the product and the ship to address.

White Glove Delivery:
The White Glove Delivery consists of placement of the item in the room of your choice, unpacking the item, assembly, and removing any packaging debris. This service is available to you at an additional charge. Because these items require special handling, they have a delivery surcharge associated with them, in addition to the delivery charges. The surcharges are clearly stated on the product page. Please note that shipping times will vary based on availability of the product and the ship to address.
