For all other customer service inquiries for purchases made in a Bellini store please contact the store of purchase directly.


Our Bellini Baby Baskets are created as one gift package, individual items in the basket may not be returned or exchanged.  If you wish to return your entire gift basket you may do so for a full refund, minus the shipping, within 7 days of receiving the package.  Other online purchases are returnable with 7 days of receipt unless they are marked "Special Order".  Special Order items are NOT RETURNABLE.  Returns must be done through online customer service only and NOT through your local Bellini store.  Stores will not handle returns of online Bellini Baby Baskets or any other online purchase.  Please contact to get a return authorization form.  Additional shipping charges will apply.

Sale Items, Special Orders and Custom Items are not returnable.  All crib and bed mattresses are not returnable if the original plastic covering is opened. All returns or exchanges need to be in original packaging.

Once we receive the purchase in its entirety, we will refund the original purchasers credit card or give you a credit towards another online purchase.  If any of the items received back are broken, missing, or not in its original packaging we will return the items back to you at your expense.  We suggest insuring the package when shipping back to us.  Credit may not be used at a Bellini store, only for another online purchase.

Product Damages or Defects for Non Furniture orders

In the unlikely event that you receive something damaged or incorrect, please contact immediately so we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible and at no cost to you.

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package so we can file a claim with the shipping handler.  Please keep the original packaging for inspection by shipping handler.

Freight Shipments

Delivery time depends on ship to address, once the freight carrier is in your area they will call you to set up a time/date that is available.  You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery.  When your order arrives, you are responsible for performing a thorough inspection of your shipment, in the presence of the driver.  If you find any signs of damage to the item, it is very important that you note the damage on the driver's delivery paperwork.  Please remember if you sign the delivery paperwork as "clear/ok" and without notating any damage, we cannot be responsible for assisting you in the repair or replacement of the merchandise.  If there is damage please contact Bellini immediately at 

Furniture Warranty

Bellini will warranty for one year any manufacturing defects reported by consumers.  Any claims should be supported by images of the defect along with a copy of the product purchase receipt.  Bellini agrees to act as expeditiously as possible to remedy any valid claims submitted.  Structural or cosmetic problems arising from consumer wear and tear occurring with the normal use of the product such as mobile arm damage, baby teething, belt buckle abrasion, adjustments to the crib without properly following instructions, etc., cannot be covered under the warranty.

Standard Delivery & White Glove Delivery

Standard Delivery:
Bellini uses USPS to ship most decor items, fabulous finds, and Bellini Basket orders . Oversized items, such as our furniture collections, require extra care in shipping and are handled by preferred freight carriers. All of our furniture is shipped using our White Glove delivery service. Please note that shipping times will vary based on the availability of the product and the ship to address.

White Glove Delivery:

The White Glove Delivery consists of placement of the item in the room of your choice, unpacking the item, and removing any packaging debris. At this time Bellini does not offer crib or bed setup if ordered online. Bellini does not set up a slide top if ordered online. Bellini does not offer converting a crib to a bed if ordered online. Shipping prices are based on delivery address and total weight of order.  You can get a shipping quote using our shipping calculator located on every product page. Please note that shipping times will vary based on availability of the product and the ship to address.
