For all other customer service inquiries for purchases made in a Bellini store please contact the store of purchase directly.

For the quickest service, orders can be placed online, or you may call the number above to place an order by phone. If you have any questions at all regarding a basket you have seen on the site please do not hesitate to call us during our regular business hours: Mon-Sat10-6, and Sundays 12-5.  We love emails, too, so feel free to shoot us one, day or night and we will get back to you quickly.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Bellini Baby Baskets are created as one gift package, individual items in the basket may not be returned or exchanged. If you wish to return your entire gift basket you may do so for a full refund, minus the shipping, within 7 days of receiving the package. Returns must be done through online customer service only and NOT through your local Bellini store. Stores will not handle returns of online Bellini Baby Baskets. Please contact basketcustomerservice@bellini.com to get return authorization form. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Once we receive the basket back in its entirety, we will refund the original purchasers credit card or give you a credit towards another basket. If any of the items received back are broken, missing or not in its original packaging we will return the basket back to you at your expense. We suggest insuring the package when shipping back to us. Credit may not be used at a Bellini store, only for another online gift basket purchases.

In the unlikely event that you receive something damaged or incorrect, please contact basketcustomerservice@bellini.com immediately so we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible and at no cost to you. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package so we can file a claim with the shipping handler. Please keep the original packaging for inspection by shipping handler.

Sale items and custom items are not returnable.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

For your convenience we accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. We do not accept Bellini in store gift certificates or store credits unless issued through basketcustomerservice@bellini.com.

Since many of the basket purchases are gifts, we will not include the receipt with your order. Rather, a receipt will be emailed to you directly upon placing your order.

GIFT CARD/WRAPPING:

All baskets are wrapped with our signature wrapping and include a complimentary gift tag.

TAX:

Bellini.com will be collecting NY, NJ & CT sales tax.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US:

When you place your order for shipment outside the 48 contiguous states, we will contact you via email regarding any changes in shipping costs that may occur and request your approval before processing your order.

LEAD TIMES:

At Bellini.com we try our best to get every basket out in a timely fashion. If a product is out of stock lead times may be longer than the specified 1-2 weeks (not including transit). Also each basket is handmade and takes some time to build. We want to ensure that every basket gets the same attention to detail and therefore these cannot be mass produced.

At bellini.com we feel it is essential to provide our customers with the highest quality of products. Safety is our top priority when we choose products to be sold for use by children. We cannot, however, be held liable for any accidents resulting in personal injury that involve any products sold at Bellini.com. Prices, availability and estimated lead times are subject to change at any time without prior notice. All sale items are final sale.
