What comes to mind when you think of Valentines’ Day? I am sure the first words from anyone’s lips would be “LOVE!” What a wonderful holiday it is with all of the red roses, pink candy hearts, red balloons and pink ribbons abundant on every street corner and in every store aisle. A favorite holiday for this hopeless romantic!
When I think of love, of course I think first about my very handsome hubby, the love of my life. Then I think of our beautiful children. It’s been a few years since I had to prepare a nursery for my own babies, but I remember it like it was yesterday. The anticipation of holding that sweet little bundle and the overwhelming love I had for each one as I saw their faces for the first time.
Preparing a space for the baby is most certainly all about LOVE and showing the world just how much you love your new baby. We scour through magazines, Pinterest, boutiques and catalogs to browse the very latest and greatest in nursery décor. The nursery should reflect the love parents have for the new life they are bringing into the world. And that thought is where I begin with each of my new clients when we sit down to begin designing the nursery. The nursery is all about LOVE!
