Hey everyone!  I recently was asked to help a friend convert her son’s nursery into a big boy room.  Some might find this a daunting task, but I think it’s a fun challenge.  Using pieces with good bones from the start allows your child’s room to grow with them.  I think this masculine room promotes imagination and adventure!

I started off with this gold-framed elephant print and this watercolor map.  Both amazing etsy finds.  From there, I let storage and durability be my guide.  These are pieces that can be found in  a nursery or his first apartment after college.
