There are so many creative and fun ways to decorate a room.  I love when there is pop of color in the furniture or a piece that might make the whole room.  The nursery doesn’t have to be decorated in soft colors, pop with brights.  I love how you wouldn’t expect a cradle to have a touch of upholstery.  This one by Art for Kids,  is so fabulous with the velvet!
